How do you ship the products?
Products are shipped frozen and packed with dry ice.
Deliveries are shipped via FEDEX, if you are not home your order will be left unattended at your front door. Our foam insulated box (along with dry ice) will keep your order in perfect condition until you arrive. Products are individually flash frozen and packed in our air-tight cryovac packaging for a long shelf life.
