How do you ship the products ?
Products  are shipped frozen and packed with dry ice.
Deliveries are shipped via FedEx, if you are not home your order will be left unattended at your front door. Our foam insulated box (along with dry ice) will keep your order in perfect condition until you arrive. Products are individually flash frozen and packed in our air-tight cryovac packaging for a long shelf life.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, will-call orders will be available same day if received by11 am.  Will-call pick up hours are from 9 AM to 4 PM, call 952-556-0007 to schedule a time to insure your order will be ready. We are located in Chaska, MN. Our address is:  2420  Chaska Blvd, Chaska, MN 55318.  We are in the Cities Edge Center building in back facing Audubon Rd.

What is the shipping schedule?

Product is shipped to arrive Monday through Friday.
• Shipping days are:

• Monday – Thursday  for MN orders

•  Monday through Wednesday  for immediate 5 state MN  area

• Monday & Tuesday only for all other  states
Free Delivery for orders of $100.00 or more!

Orders under $100.00 add a $14.00 delivery charge for Minnesota residents, $14.00 for all other states.

Can I get rush service ?

Call for quote on overnight shipments and for Sat. deliveries.
