Currently, all orders are shipped within 23-25 business days.  Out of state orders are shipped on either Monday or Tuesday to assure same week arrival.  Orders arrive frozen packed with dry ice.  If you are not home to accept the order, that is fine.  We ask you immediately freeze or refrigerator the product as soon as you can.
