Shipping Policy

• Orders ship on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, to assure same week arrival of frozen product. Local (Twin Cities Metro) are shipped on Thursdays.
• You will receive a UPS tracking number once your order has been shipped so you may track your package. To track your package please CLICK HERE.
• You do not need to be home to accept the package (Groupon users do not need to give the coupon to the delivery driver), we just ask you place your frozen items in your refrigerator or freezer when you see the package has arrived.

*There may be instances when weather conditions can delay shipping & arrival times.  Please allow extra time for your package to arrive where weather seems to be impacting travel in or around your area.  Thank you in advance for your patience.
