Shipping Terms And Conditions

Nature’s Prime Organic Foods, Inc. estimates online order ship times to be between 23-25 business days from the business day your order is placed or the first business day after your order is placed. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding observed holidays.  Nature’s Prime Organic Foods, Inc. does not guarantee delivery dates as conditions may delay shipping or deliveries including, but not limited to weather conditions and carrier errors or delays. Nature’s Prime Organic Foods, Inc. is not responsible for unclaimed packages once they leave our warehouse. We are not responsible for unclaimed packages due to vacations or travel where you may not be home for an extended period of time. Therefore, you are responsible to make alternate arrangements to the have the package claimed. Deliveries do not require recipients to be home nor is a signature required. Because of the large quantity of orders, we are unable to hold orders after they have been processed. We cannot change the shipping address the day your package is being picked up by our carrier or when the package is en route as implementing an address change will cause your package to thaw and contents to spoil prior to the package reaching its final destination.
