Vacation / Travel Plans Policy.

Enjoy your vacation. Don’t worry about your food.

If you are going on vacation around the time you expect your order to ship (give or take 2-weeks) please wait to place your order until you return.  As much as we like to stay on our shipping schedule sometimes events occur that are out of our hands. Your shipment may be delayed or in some cases, you may receive your package earlier than expected.  In this case, we cannot be held responsible for spoiled food that is not claimed by the recipient.  We cannot be held responsible if you are unable to enjoy your Produce Pack because you are  leaving during a time the produce may turn.

Because of the hundreds of customers we serve on a weekly basis we will not be able to hold your package and ship at a later specified date.  We will not be able to re-route your package either.  Please make alternate arranges to have the package picked up by another party during your absence.  If you are unable to make these arrangements  or have unexpected travel plans, please contact our customer service to cancel your order and place your order on a different time that is more convenient for you to accept your package.
